Biography |
Larry Schaubhut Jr. was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. His family moved to the Austin area in 1963 and he his four siblings were raised here. Mr. Schaubhut attended high school at Austin, Travis and West Lake High School where he was very involved with athletics.
Mr. Schaubhut lives in south Austin on a small horse farm with his wife and two children. He enjoys coaching all sports, playing tennis, and watching a good UT football or baseball game. Most weeknights and weekends he can be found watching his children participate in their various athletic endeavors including football, baseball, track and horse vaulting.
Organizations: Sigma Chi (General Counsel); Past President of the Manchaca Volunteer Fire Department, Manchaca, Texas; Booster Club President Hays High School (2009-2010).
